We booked this last minute owing to a trip that didn't go as planned, as the base for us to stay overnight before our flight back to Dubai. + The staff was great - good fun, very helpful, very supportive - right from check-in (the one welcoming us, bidding us farewell and the one helping us with our luggages) - they were all the best part of this hotel. + The ceiling to floor windows - helped light up the room well. + The room was spacious enough - compared to other London rooms and other family rooms - we had beds for 2 adults and 3 kids to sleep well, there was a little dining table, there was TV, there was a little kitchenette with just the right equipments needed, there was a decent balcony where you can walk out and sit comfortably with calming views of the park opposite, (albeit low in height so not safe for kids) + The airconditioning worked beautifully - which it sometimes doesn't in other London hotels. + The location isn't super close to Paddington or the tube, but if you can walk, it's fine. It's pretty arterial to most places.

Our room was on the lower level and quiet, it was quite large and spacious with ample wardrobe space and a small well fitted kitchenette. The bed was a Queen size and comfortable, also there is a lift which makes access to rooms very easy when you have 2 large suitcases and 1 smaller carry-on case and 2 backpacks and are feeling very tired. The bathroom was a good size although the shower recess was compact with a tiled curved ceiling which made the space feel claustrophobic. There was no bench space to place any toiletries on. The hotel is in an excellent location, a 5 minute walk to Paddington Station for the Tube into London and also a direct train to Heathrow Airport. Also it was a 5 minute walk to the High Street for shopping and dining and another 5 minute walk along the High Street to Bayswater Road for the beautiful Kensington Gardens and Palace, and buses into London.

The room was cozy and comfortable, clean and well equipped. The very idea of the small kitchen, gave us the possibility to feel at home and have that morning coffee that's so important when you wake up. The street below is very silent and the location is refined and close to Queensway where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Two the underground stations short at hand: Queensway and Bayswater. From the first you can take the Red line (Central) and from Bayswater both the Yellow (Circle) and the Green (District). It was my second time since last February. Everything was excellent. The staff is great and I strongly recommend the Cleveland hotel.

I arrived very early in the morning off my flight and the staff member was very welcoming. I couldn't access my room but my bags were kept and delivered to my room when it was ready. Later in the morning when I returned after a long walk, room still not ready, staff member brought me a tray of coffee which was very much appreciated. The room was large and had great facilities, eg full mini kitchen. Staff also helpful with recommending somewhere to buy SIM card.

Location. I loved how the room was separated with two desks one for my brother to work and the other for me to get ready. I loved the shower door fully closed(a lot of euro hotels have a half glass thingy) and the mini kitchenette was so awesome
